Very good chance indeed, go for it

I've just checked the PAAM application - over two thousand new HotBox CAT accounts have been setup since the application went live 10 days ago.

Generally one in three people (I believe that's the norm but Tavis can probably confirm that?) who apply then pay a deposit to confirm their position.

Positions are filling up faster than ever so please do apply early to avoid disappointment!

the green thing that flashes up that you press the link for, followed by the white screen saying can you work this event. this means you have the place 100% yes?

i know its a stupid question, as it is pretty self evident, but its hundred percent sure isnt it..when u get that thing?

Have you been offered a postion and accepted it ????

Tavis posted this 30 March 2009

You should have a line that says something like \"position confirmed and accepted\" next to the event name when you are 100% confirmed, subject to a Police National Computer (PNC) check.

PNC checks are not carried out until closer to the event.

Just to keep everyone up-to-date... Reading now has over 100 confirmed CATs and Leeds and Latitude are not too far behind!

lol

How long do bank transfers take to register as deposit paid? I only put it in yesterday so I'm sure I'm being impatient, but the 100 applications so fast is kinda worrying me!

bags666 posted this 01 April 2009

i'm still waiting for my latitude place to be confirmed

Tavis posted this 01 April 2009

It can take a few days for an application to be processed, so please be patient! If you have applied for both Latitude/Reading or Latitude/Leeds they are unlikely to get approved at the same time, as a different administrator deals with each event.

Must of been lucky, both mine came back at the same time.

bags666 posted this 01 April 2009

i know that tavis just waiting now though

Tavis posted this 02 April 2009

I know that you knew, Chris, as I told you earlier that day... I was explaining it for the benefit of any others that may wonder why they have only received confirmation for one of the two events.

bags666 posted this 02 April 2009

ah ok lol
