Hi,
Been chatting with my little sister and we are going to see if we can CAT at Latitude this year.
She has done CAT work before but this will be my first time - if we are accepted that is.
What I want to know is has she been telling me the whole truth, that its really good fun overall, meeting new people, listening to new bands. Altogether a great and very different experience.
There have to be some downsides (I'm naturally very cautious) and wonder if anyone had any experience that they are willing to share.
How do you cope with recalcitrant festival goers who won't conform even though you've asked them nicely. And the drunks, and the sheer bloody-minded ones.
Oh, and when on overnight shift do you work in pairs?
Cheers, M39

I always make people work in pairs, is safer and more fun. xxx

Guessing you are a supervisor, leader or whatever. Glad to hear you have people work in pairs, I feel happier now.
