hi iv worked as a cat before at leeds and this yr im returning with friends which will be there first time working and iv noticed on the paam application that i am in the group \"returning cats\" and they are in group \"new cats\",does this affect been able to work together..

This does not affect being able to work together,Its just us taking note of who is returning this year.
