Hi,

Can anyone let me know what the set up is with car parking. Where abouts is it and do we have to pay?

Thanks,
Hannah

I can't reply as to where it is but, at Leeds it's close to the camping area, also no you don't have to pay for the parking.

At Reading the staff park in White carpark, which isn't too far from the staff campsite, which will be next to White camping. Parking is free - you'll be provided with a car sticker when you sign-in.

Can we go park up and go set up camp anytime on Tuesday night? I'll be going to watch Offspring In London on the 25th and was wondering if they'll let us on the site at like 1am/2am?

You could always get a CAT to help!

lol

Yes, you will be able to arrive in the early hours of the morning, however the CAT registration office is unlikely to be open at this time. Please make sure that when you arrive you find the correct camping area (each company have their own camping zone), as you won't want to relocate your tent in the morning!

Re: Pitching tents in the dark - I recommend buying a LED head torch, as it will give you both hands free

I arrived at 3 in the morning few years back, only interesting thing was finding the right sight as it was in a different place from the year before... but yes, i agree putting tents up at night is almost just as easy as during the day...
