Hiya, Im new to this and made my first application to work at festivals yesterday and just had a few questions I wanted to ask. Ive checked the FAQ pages so apologies if Ive missed anything obvious.
Myself and a friend have both applied and she paid both our deposits in one transaction via BACS transfer, with a note put in giving both our reference numbers. Will this be ok and be allocated out to both our applications ok?
Also, I was applying on a work computer and so was unable to upload a photo. Do I need to upload a photo before my application is processed or will it still be processed without a photo?
Finally, asuming both the above are correct, do you know roughly how long it will be before we here whether our applications have been successful?

I dunno about the payment. But my app didn't have a picture and was processed and accepted. I think they aim to let you know within 24 hours, you don't get an email or anything though. Your status on you PAAM account will just change to position confirmed. Hope this helps

Hi there,
A photo isn't essential, it just helps us identify who's who, and I'm sure your payment will be fine. Just keep an eye on your PAAM account over the next day or so and hopefully your status will change to confirmed.
